FFT

Left click on the FFT Analyzer tab window.

The FFT Analyzer window provides the following options:

• Frequency span: A frequency range from 1 to 20 KHz can be selected.
• Frequency Resolution: 0.5 Hz, 1 Hz, 2 Hz, 4 Hz, 8 Hz, and 16 Hz.
• Averaging: RMS or Peak averaging
• Weighting: Exponential or Linear weighting
• Averages: The number of averages
• Window: Window functions (Hanning, Hamming, etc)

The following information is displayed at the bottom of the Analyzer Tab Window while the analysis is in progress:

• Averages completed
• Frequency Resolution (Hz)
• Time Resolution (Sec)
• Time Period (Sec)

These values are enabled when the analysis is active, otherwise they are disabled.
